Interested participants must apply to be selected for this training opportunity. Only 16 participants shall be selected to participate, approximately 2 or 3 selected from 6 of TRUCE’s service regions in Texas.
Purpose of the Course
- TRUCE is developing a roster of quality controlled mediators to showcase to and serve its corporate and government clients with the revolutionary mediation approach the Thought Resolution Protocol™. Participants who successfully complete this course will qualify to be cherry picked to serve on this prestigious roster.
- This course shall also prepare the successful graduates of this course to train to use the new Mediator Intervention Neutrality Device (M.I.N.D.), a patent-pending AI Mediator Companion Device.
- Must speak, articulate and understand English fluently
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must pass a pretest entry exam
- Must pass a criminal background application
- Must be domiciled within 150 miles of Dallas, Houston, Austin, Corpus Christi, Lubbock, Tyler, or El Paso
- Must have a mainstream professional business persona
- No previous mediation training required
- Texas Family Mediation Certificate holder preferred but not required
- Must be available to attend the training as scheduled

- This course provides a rigorous, scientific examination of interpersonal conflict and third-party intervention. Moving beyond intuition-driven and subjective practices, students examine mediation through the lens of communication mechanics, structured neutrality, and objective language design.
- Credentials & Continuing Education
- A certificate of completion is provided upon successful completion, qualifying the student to serve as a mediator for court-ordered cases in Texas and states with similar requirements. This course is recognized by the Texas Mediator Credentialing Association and provides Texas Bar Association MCLEs upon request at registration. Successful completion also qualifies the graduate to serve on the TRUCE mediation roster.

- This text serves as the foundational manual for the entire curriculum. All modules, theoretical frameworks, and practical exercises directly follow the structural progression, terminology, and operational phases outlined in the book. Students are required to complete all assigned readings prior to each module session to ensure full alignment with the methodology.
Course Cost
$800 Refundable Deposit
Applicants accepted into the training program shall submit an $800.00 deposit that is 100% refundable upon the condition of successfully completing the course and adhering to the course requirements. No payment is due until notice of acceptance into the training program.
